SKINOR · CHELSEA, LONDON

Our Story.

Twenty years in aesthetics and medical spas, taught me one uncomfortable truth: sales and skin health rarely occupy the same room.

The menus were built for margin. Machine-based treatments, injectables, packaged courses: all prioritised and promoted above everything else. Facials existed at the edges of the menu, scheduled between higher-ticket bookings, rarely taken seriously as a discipline in their own right. And through all of it, the skin itself scarcely entered the conversation. Its actual condition, its particular needs, the way it presents on a specific morning after a difficult week.

What I witnessed, again and again, was that clients were being sold to rather than listened to. Interests were secondary to targets. It wore on me.

I wanted to build something different. A space where the facial was not a luxury add-on but the central act. Where every treatment is shaped around what the skin needs: supporting it, correcting it, restoring it, resetting it. Where the other tools available (peels, microneedling, mesotherapy, skin boosters, face massage) are brought in because they serve the skin, not because they serve the invoice.

What I did not anticipate was the dimension it would take on beyond skin.

I have watched clients leave changed in ways that had nothing to do with aesthetics in the conventional sense. Confidence quietly restored. A relationship with their own face that no longer felt like a battle. A well-cared-for skin, genuinely attended to rather than merely treated, that becomes part of how a person carries themselves through the world. I have cried with joy at this. More than once.

“What Dior is for fashion, I wanted Skinor to be for skin”.

The clinic began as Skin Reset, a name that captured the intention. But as the work grew, the name began to feel too small for what was actually happening here. Then came the moment of clarity, unexpectedly, while looking through a Dior collection: a conviction that skin deserves the same seriousness, the same craftsmanship, the same refusal to compromise that the greatest fashion houses bring to what we wear.

Skinor is the result of that conviction. A clinic built for people who understand that their skin is worth taking seriously, and who want a practitioner who takes it as seriously as they do.

Skin, after all, is the most expensive thing we will ever wear.
